Best shoes for adults with clubfoot?

Can we do a shoe thread?? 👟 My feet are different sizes (7 and 8.5 UK) and my clubfoot is wider at front but narrower at heel. Finding shoes is a nightmare.
Currently: New Balance 990s (best), Nike Air Max (ok, sole wears uneven), Vans (terrible, no support)
What works for everyone? Does anyone buy two different sized shoes?

New Balance are the GOAT for clubfoot feet 🐐 I've tried everything and keep coming back to them. Wide fit options, good support, and they last.
I'm a 9 and 10.5 and I actually buy two pairs in different sizes. Yes it's expensive but my feet thank me. Some shoe shops will sell odd pairs if you ask - Nordstrom in the US does it.
Also worth trying: Brooks Ghost, Hoka Bondi (cushioning is incredible)

Dr Martens surprisingly! The leather moulds to your foot shape over time and the sole lasts forever. Perfect for the different-sized foot problem because they stretch.
For trainers: ASICS Gel Kayano. The stability support is amazing for clubfoot.
For buying two sizes: Sole Mates app matches you with someone who has the OPPOSITE size difference. You buy one pair, they buy one pair, you swap the odd shoe. Genius! Haven't tried it yet though

I swear by Saucony. Great support, good cushioning, and they come in wide fit.
For work shoes (I'm a teacher so on my feet all day): Clarks Unstructured range is the best I've found. Soft leather with proper arch support.
I buy a half size up overall and use a thick insole in the smaller shoe to take up the space. Works well enough!
Avoid: Converse, Vans, any flat thin-soled shoe. My feet HATE them 😂
