My little clubfoot warrior just got her first proper shoes and I am CRYING ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’™ She's 15 months and pulling herself up on everything.

When did your clubfoot babies start walking? The health visitor keeps making comments about her "being behind" and it's getting to me.

First shoe recommendations with good ankle support?

CONGRATULATIONS!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰ Such a huge milestone!

Our clubfoot baby walked at 16 months. Health visitor made similar comments - so frustrating. Clubfoot babies often walk slightly later due to bracing but catch up quickly.

Clarks were really knowledgeable about clubfoot! Start Rite also do great first shoes ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿฆถ

My son walked at 18 months. He's now 3 and runs like the wind. You literally cannot tell which was the clubfoot.

Clarks Cruisers were brilliant. Also liked Bobux. Ignore anyone saying she's "behind" - she's on her own timeline and doing brilliantly ๐Ÿ’™

15 months and pulling to stand is completely within normal limits. Average walking age is 12 months but RANGE is 9-18 months. Your health visitor should know this ๐Ÿ˜ค

Flexible sole with good ankle support. Get professionally fitted for any size difference between feet. Well done little one! ๐ŸŽ‰
