Foot turning in even with brace - worried about relapse

My daughter's treated foot seems to be turning in slightly. She's 14 months, been in boots and bar since 3 months old. Compliance has been good (maybe missed a couple of naps).
Is some turning in normal when the brace is off? Or is this relapse starting?? Clinic appointment not for 6 weeks 😰

Try not to panic! Some turning in is actually normal, especially when babies are tired or just woken up. My son's foot looked turned in first thing in the morning but straightened after a few minutes.
But if it's consistent throughout the day I'd try to get an earlier appointment. Ring the clinic and mention possible relapse - they'll fit you in sooner.
It might be nothing. But better to check 💙

Our daughter did this at the same age and I PANICKED. Rang hospital in tears. They saw us within a week and said... it was fine 😅 Just how she positioned during crawling.
BUT I'm glad I got it checked. If it HAD been relapse, early intervention is key. Push for earlier review.

Please contact your clinic for an earlier review. While mild dynamic supination can be normal, persistent forefoot adductus at 14 months should be assessed.
Photos from different angles are helpful - sometimes what we see at home doesn't present in clinic.
Don't lose sleep - you've caught it early and that's exactly right 👍

can you get a photo from directly above with baby standing? thats the most useful angle apparently
