Our little one is booked for Achilles tenotomy next week. Any practical tips for the day and first night after?

Sending support - the uncertainty phase is the hardest. It does get easier once you have a clear plan.

We had a very similar experience. Keep a daily photo log of foot position - it helped us and our consultant a lot.
